We have professional pharmacists who assess your medications to provide counseling and reconciliation.
Physical and Occupational Therapists
Physical and occupational therapists are available to support your mobility and navigation in the home setting. They specialize in home care to provide an individualized assessment and plan to educate on your safety in your home.
Speech-Language Pathologists
Speech and language therapists will assess your ability to safely swallow foods and liquids and develop an individualized plan for eating safety.
